Shipping & returns

 

Returns

  1. Due to the intimate nature of certain products, no lingerie or Underwear items will be refunded.
  2. If purchasing lingerie or underwear, please pay attention to the size details to avoid purchasing the wrong size. If you are unsure about a particular size or fit, please note we do provide measurements in the product discription or feel free to contact us for advice. We do not accept returns nor offer a refund if you ordered the incorrect size!
  3. We do not offer a refund due to buyer remorse after the fact. If you think that our products are too expensive, then do not make a purchase. We do not force you to buy our products.  
  4. Actual product colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate. As such, items will not be exchanged or refunded if there is a slight color variation between the color you see on the product image and the product you received.
  5. With regards to product fabrics, product images are supplied to us by the manufacturers of the products. We in turn display these images on our website in good faith. As such we are not liable, should the fabric depicted in the product image and the product you receive differ slightly.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at meridian@live.co.za and send your item to: 14 Cumberland Johannesburg Gauteng South Africa 2094.

 

Shipping

To return your product, we will provide collection from your premises (where the product was delivered to)

 

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Please do not use your own shipping service to return items to Cinnabery, we will not accept the return, rather contact us through the websites contact us page or send us an email at support@cinnabery.com
