Can I pay with internet banking from my account?

Our banking details can be found in the order confirmation email, additionally it can also be found in the order note PDF file that you will receive via an email. You can also get the order not by login in to your Cinnabery account and going to your profile under the "Orders" tab

 

How will I know when my product will be delivered?

Delivery usually takes 2 – 3 working days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number once payment is complete and the product/s has been prepared for shipping. You will be able to track the parcel from departure from our warehouse to arrival at your door, all the information will be sent to your email.

 

I did not receive my complete order, what do I do?

If a product is missing from your order please contact us immediately for investigation and possible replacement of your product.

 

What is the freight charge?

We offer free delivery on orders over R450, R65 for delivery in Gauteng within a 50km radius of a city centre and R120 for delivery outside Gauteng that are also within 50km radius of a CBD. Additional Surcharges will apply if the delivery address is not within 50km of a CBD.

 

Which payment forms do you accept.

Credit Card. We accept all major credits cards via Payfast

Instant EFT (Clears immediately) via Payfast

Manual Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) can take up to 48hours to reflect

Cash deposit. Can take up to 72 hours to reflect.

 

Is it safe to order and pay on-line with Cinnabery & PayFast

What happens when a product is out of stock on my order?

We have a constant flow of new products but if a product is in constraint we will inform you with-in 24 hours by email of telephone with expected time of delivery or offer you a full refund.

 

Is it possible to order a product that is out of stock?

Add the item to your wish-list and we will do our best to get more stock should our suppliers have stock.
